10-week Theory and Practice Seminar held on Zoom, 2021
In 2021, I created a class syllabus/meet-up schedule called WELCOME TO THE ABYSS! The class brought together an international group of artists on zoom — both in and outside the institution — for ten weeks, thinking and working through readings, prompts, and critical discussions. The concept for the syllabus (more a plan of action) was imagining a class that would engage theoretical ideas, while underscoring the practical and subversive potentials of the drawing medium.
